- GrowInfinity CIPL abides and complies with the guidelines issued by the Government of India in respect of Direct Selling with its true spirits and object.
- Becoming a Direct Seller is easy, that you need to just know the products of GrowInfinity CIPL and understand the company’s business plan, policies, terms & conditions. YOU DON’T NEED TO PAY ANY REGISTRATION/ENROLMENT/MEMBERSHIP FEE.
- GrowInfinity CIPL does not promote or offer you Easy Money (or) Get Rich Quick Schemes/plans.
- Just because of mere purchasing a product from GrowInfinity CIPL, does not entitle you for any income. To earn income from this Product Selling Business Opportunity, first you need to become a Direct Seller of the company by complying with necessary regulations. Your income will solely depend on the sales that you and your team generate, for which you need to put in lot of efforts and time to get the results.
- There is no Agent/Salaried job/Employment opportunity for GrowInfinity CIPL Direct Seller and all incomes are based on their individual sales made by them.
- There is no compulsion for anyone to become Direct Seller or to purchase GrowInfinity CIPL Products.
- GrowInfinity CIPL provides Direct Seller a unique Independent Distributorship (ID) number (login ID)/password free of cost to person who wishes to become Direct Seller, upon fulfilling terms and conditions of the company. They can earn income only by selling GrowInfinity CIPL products and can become eligible for sales facilitation fees depending upon the volume of business done by them as per terms and conditions of the company and company reserves the right to change the Business Plan at any point of time.
- GrowInfinity CIPL Website (www.thegrowinfinity.com) and the content on the same are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade names and trademarks, including the name, logo, and are owned by GrowInfinity Consumer International Global Private Limited ("GrowInfinity CIPL") or used by GrowInfinity CIPL under a license or with permission from the owner of such rights. The content protected by such intellectual property rights including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, visuals, photographs, images, product information and other content on the GrowInfinity CIPLWebsite. GrowInfinity CIPL does has its own websites (www.thegrowinfinity.com) marketing of its business and distribution of products and doesn’t authorize any other website/person to list its products in any other channel/online platform.
- We reserve the right to terminate the Independent Distributor without any prior notice if found not following/deviating from the Company’s Policies, Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions agreed upon earlier
